disorderly workspace will drastically slow down any productivity meant
to move fluently without disruption.

Good time managers can keep tabs on everything they do. They plan their day. Tip: Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day. Don’t start
your day until you complete your time plan. The most important time of
your day is the time you schedule to schedule time.

They can
finish the most important activities ahead of time, and follow-up to complete the lesser important tasks that
were put off temporarily. Writing down ignored activities on an Email calendar or day-planner is very important. Not only will this help you remember what was put
off earlier in the day, it will keep you focused to finish key tasks faster.

Most time management specialists agree that the most
efficient to-do list will not replace a highly organized day planner. Effective
workplace time management skills create an organized, productive person who can
obtain more out of life in the long run. Remember this: it’s impossible to get everything done! Also remember that 20 % of your thoughts, conversations, and activities at work produce 80 percent of your results. Focus on the 20 %.
